Towards A Sustainable Supply Chain Management: Integration Of The Csr Approach In Inter-companies Relations (subcontracting)
Résumé: The fundamental notion is that the firm needs to collaborate with other parties to complete itself. This study seeks to determine the diffusion of CSR approach on supply chain management by analyzing the relationship between contractors/ subcontractors and thier suppliers by analyzing 58 questionnaires diffused on Algerien business leaders and senior executives, we chose the method of structural equations for data analysis with SmartPLS 3 software. The results confirmed that the integration of CSR approach in inter-companies relations effect positively it integration in supply chain management, therefore we have confirmed our research hypothesis.
