التنويع الاقتصادي كإستراتيجية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر تجارب دولية رائدة

Résumé: تعتبر سیاسة التنویع الاقتصادي في الاقتصادیات النفطیة سبیلاً آمناً لتحقیق النمو الاقتصادي والتنمیة المستدامة، حیث تقوم هذه السیاسة على مجموعة من الأسس الاقتصادیة والإداریة والتنظیمیة المؤسساتیة، تستهدف إحداث سلسلة متعاقبة من التغیرات الهیكلیة والبنیویة في الاقتصاد الوطني، بهدف تنویع مصادر الدخل الوطني، والتقلیل من الاعتماد المفرط على سلعة واحدة أو قطاع معین، وضمان التوازن والاستقرار الاقتصادي، وهذا عبر الاهتمام بتطویر كافة قطاعات وفروع الاقتصاد الوطني. والجزائر كغیرها من الدول النفطیة، بذلت مجهودات كبیرة في هذا الإطار، خاصة من خلال مختلف البرامج التنمویة ،حیث سخرت اعتمادات مالیة كبیرة لتطویر وتنمیة مختلف قطاعات النشاط الاقتصادي، وتحقیق التنمیة المستدامة. Abstract The policy of economic diversification is considered as a safe way in the oil economies, in order to achieve the economic growth and sustainable development, where this policy is built on many fundamentals foundations ,economic, organizational, administrative and institutional ,that aimed to realize a series of structural adjustments, and ensure the equilibrium and economic stability, and this will be by the development of all sectors and branches of the national economy. Algeria, like other oil-producing countries, has made gigantesque efforts in this regard, particularly through the development programs, where a considerable funds was devoted to develop different sectors of economic activity, and achieve a Sustainable development
