استجابة السياسة المالية لاحتواء التداعيات الاقتصادية للجائحة (كوفيد-19)

Résumé: حاولت الدراسة تسليط الضوء على كيفية استجابة السياسة المالية في مواجهة التداعيات الاقتصادية للجائحة (كوفيد– 19). حيث كان على الحكومات التدخل، واتخاذ التدابير اللازمة بهدف تخفيف الأثر على المتضررين من الجائحة من الأفراد والمؤسسات خلصت الدراسة إلى أن السياسة المالية كانت على رأس السياسات التي استجابت بسرعة لمواجهة تداعيات الجائحة، وتمت هذه الاستجابة وفق تدابير وإجراءات مست زيادة الانفاق في القطاع الصحي والتوسع في التحويلات النقدية ودعم الأجور، دعم القطاعات الأكثر هشاشة وأصحاب الأعمال الحرة والبطالين، التوسع في تأمينات وإعانات البطالة، التوسع في المساعدات الاجتماعية، وتأجيل الضرائب. الكلمات المفتاحية: جائحة(كوفيد-19)، سياسة مالية، انفاق العام، سياسة ضريبية، تحويلات الاجتماعية. Abstract : The study attempted to shed light on how fiscal policy responded to the economic repercussions of the pandemic (Covid – 19). Whereas, governments had to intervene and take the necessary measures to reduce the impact on those affected by the pandemic from individuals and institutions.
