المسارات الممكنة للدمقرطة في العالم العربي

Résumé: الملخــص: تحاول هذه الدراسة التأسس على المخرجات النظرية للموجة الثالثة لتطوير فهوم يمكنها أن تنسحب على المنطقة العربية بخصوص تشكل الديمقراطية والانتقال إليها، من خلال البحث عن العتبات الممكنة للتحول وتفكك الأنظمة التسلطية ارتكازا على ما أفرزته افتراضات التجارب الانتقالية في مختلف دول العالم وكذا الخصوصيات التي تميز التجارب السياسية العربية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الديمقراطية، الانتقال الديمقراطي، العملية السياسية، العالم العربي، الموجات الديمقراطية. Abstract: This study attempts to build on the theoretical outputs of the third wave to develop concepts that can withdraw to the Arab region regarding the formation of democracy and its transition to it, by searching for possible thresholds for transformation and disintegration of authoritarian regimes based on what emerged from the assumptions of transitional experiences in different countries of the world as well as the characteristics that characterize the Arabic political experiences.
