أثرقدرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين مستوي جودة الخدمات الصحية " دراسة ميدانية في المستشفيات الجامعية بجنوب الصعيد "

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف علي أثرقدرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحسين مستوى جودة الخدمات الصحية في المستشفيات الجامعية ، وقد أجريت دراسة ميدانية على عينة من العاملين في المستشفى الجامعي وعينة من المرضى الذين عولجوا من قبل المستشفى ، عن طريق توزيع (120) استبانه. تم إجراء عملية التحليل الإحصائي بناءً على مخرجات البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS / PC (25) . توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها وجود علاقة إيجابية بين أبعاد قدرات تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية في هذه المستشفيات ، وأن هناك تأثيرًا كبيرًا للقدرات التكنولوجية في تحسين جودة الخدمات الصحية في المستشفيات الجامعية في قطاع صعيد مصر على مستوى الأهمية (α ≤0.05). The study aims at understanding The Role of the Information Technology on Improving the Quality Level of Healthy Services at University Hospitals, A field study was conducted on a smaple of was conducted on a sample of university hospital employees, and a sample of patients who were treated by the hospital, by distributing (120) survey lists. The statistical analysis process was done based on the outputs of the SPSS / PC statistical (25) program for analysis. The study concluded several results, the most important of which is the presence of a positive correlation between the dimensions of information technology capabilities and improving the quality of health services in these hospitals, and that there is a significant effect of technology capabilities in improving the quality of health services in university hospitals in the Upper Egypt sector at the level of significance (α ≤0.05).
