دور إدارة الابتكار في تحسين مستوى الابتكار والإبداع في الدول والمؤسسات العربية

Résumé: تعتبر إدارة الابتكار أحد أهم العناصر التي تساهم في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للدول والمؤسسات، وتعزيز تنافسيتها وإكسابها ميزة تنافسية مستدامة٬ وذلك بترسيخ أسس الإبداع والابتكار والجودة والتحسين المستمر. والدول العربية هي إحدى الدول النامية التي تبحث عن تقليص الفجوة التكنولوجية التي تفصلها عن الدول المتقدمة، لهذا فهي تعمل على إيجاد أمثل السبل لتفعيل عملية الابتكار والإبداع على مستوى مؤسساتها وحكوماتها. لذا تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى الابتكار في الدول العربية، ومقارنته بمستوى الابتكار في دول نامية أخرى، وهذا لضمان الاستفادة من تجارب هذه الدول في تطوير هذه العملية، وتحليل مدى كفاءة إدارة الابتكار في هذه الدول في تحسين مستوى الإبداع والابتكار بها وبمؤسساتها Today, Innovation Management is the most important element that contribute in economic and social development of countries and institutions, and improve their competitiveness and allow them a sustainable competitive advantage through the consolidation of foundations of creativity, innovation, quality and continuous improvement. And Arab countries are developing countries that are looking for reduce the technological gap that separates them from the developed countries, for this they try to find optimal ways to activate the process of innovation and creativity in their institutions and their governments. Therefore, this study seeks to determine the level of innovation in Arab countries, and compared it with the level of innovation in other developing countries in order to benefit from the experiences of these countries in the amelioration of this process, and analyze the efficiency of management of innovation in these countries and their institutions in the improvement of their creativity and innovation.
