Résumé: نتناول من خلا ل هذه الدراسة تداعيات انتقال حقوق المؤلف من صيغتها التقليدية القائمة على النشر الورقي إلى صيغة جديدة أساسها النشر الالكتروني، وما نتج عن ذلك من انعكاسات سواء على المصنف في حد ذاته؛ أو على الحقوق المادية والمعنوية للمؤلف؛ أو ما تعلق بطريقة الحماية.نتناول من خلا ل هذه الدراسة تداعيات انتقال حقوق المؤلف من صيغتها التقليدية القائمة على النشر الورقي إلى صيغة جديدة أساسها النشر الالكتروني، وما نتج عن ذلك من انعكاسات سواء على المصنف في حد ذاته؛ أو على الحقوق المادية والمعنوية للمؤلف؛ أو ما تعلق بطريقة الحماية.Through this study, we deal with the implications of the transfer of copyright from its traditional form which is based on paper publishing to a new format based on electronic publishing, and the implications that resulted from either on the work itself or on the material and moral rights of the author, or what is related to the method of protection
