الأمن الغذائي في الوطن العربي، إنجازات وتحديات 2000 / 20

Résumé: رغم كل الجهود المبذولة من طرف الدول العربية لسد فجوة الغذاء، إلا أن الأمن الغذائي لا يزال يشكل تحديا ملموسا وقاسيا رغم توفر كل الإمكانيات لتحقيقه، فمن خلال تحليلنا لواقع الأمن الغذائي للوطن العربي خلال الفترة 2000 / 2013 تبين لنا أن الفجوة الغذائية ما فتئت تتفاقم إذ بلغت 35.6 مليار دولار سنة 2013 ... ، ولقد أظهرت الإحصاءات تصاعد قيمة التجارة الخارجية للسلع الغذائية خلال الفترة ) 2010 / 2012 ( إذ بلغت سنة 2012 نحو 75.1 مليار دولار، تمثل منها الصادرات 16.26 مليار دولار وبنسبة تغطية للواردات تقدر ب 27.7 %. وهذا ما يبين بوضوح حقيقة الانكشاف الغذائي العربي. Despite all the efforts carried out by Arabic countries to bridge the food gap, achieving food security remains a significant and tough challenge. Through the present analysis of food security reality in the Arab world during the period 2000/2013, we come to the reality that the food gap has worsened. It has reached 35.6 billion dollars in 2013, statistics have showed that the value of foreign trade food commodities during the period (2010/2012) has increased, reaching about 75.1 billion dollars in 2012 among which 16.26 billion dollars are exports and 27.7% imports. These results reveal clearly the vulnerability of food security in the Arab world.
