Résumé: ملخص: إن إقرار المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان يعتبر مواكبة للتطور المؤسساتي الدولي لتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان والرقابة عليها. إن مضمون هذا القانون يبين إختصاصات هذا المجلس، وبنيته العضوية، تساهم إستقلالية المجلس وطريقة تعيين أعضائه، في دعم وحماية وترقية حقوق الإنسان بالجزائر، بالإضافة لعمليات الرقابة على أي إنتهاكات مستقبلية. Abstract: The adoption of the National Council for Human Rights is keep up with the international development of the institutional promotion and protection of human rights and oversight. The content of this law shows the terms of reference of the Council, its structure and membership. The independence of the Council and contribute to the way the appointment of members to support an،d protect and promote human rights in Algeria, in addition to the operations control over any future violations.
