تأثير حوكمة المؤسسة على عملية خلق القيمة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة مؤسسة "سوناطراك" فرع أرزيو

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال إلى إبراز دور تطبيق نظام حوكمة المؤسسة في إدارة عملية خلق القيمة، بشكل يضمن مصالح الأطراف الفاعلة كنتيجة لظهور تضارب المصالح هذه الأخيرة، وعليه لابد من تطبيق نظام الحوكمة، استجابة لحل هذا الصراع، ولإثراء بحثنا أكثر قمنا بتدعيمه بدراسة ميدانية وقمنا بتوزيع استبيان على مجموعة من الموظفين، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن عملية خلق القيمة الاقتصادية لا تتحقق دون ممارسات المعتمدة بالدرجة الأولى على نظام الحوكمة، وهذا ما دل على علاقة الارتباط القوية بين الحوكمة وعملية خلق القيمة على مستوى مؤسسة محل الدراسة. This article aims to highlight the role of applying the corporate governance system in managing the value creation process, in a way that guarantees the interests of the actors as a result of the emergence of the latter conflict of interests. On a group of employees, the study concluded that the process of economic value creation cannot be achieved without practices that rely primarily on the governance system, and this indicates the strong correlation between governance and the value creation process at the level of the institution under study.
