تقدير وتحليل مؤشرات الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر للفترة ( 2000-2015)

Résumé: تقوم هذه الدراسة على فرضية مفادها قصور الإنتاج المحلي من القمح عن مواكبة متطلبات السكان، مما أدى إلى تراجع نسب الاكتفاء الذاتي واتساع حجم الفجوة الغذائية، وتهدف الدراسة إلى تقدير وتحليل مؤشرات الأمن الغذائي في الجزائر لمنتوج القمح خلال الفترة ( 2000- 2015)، حيث جاءت الإشكالية كما يلي: هل يملك القطاع الفلاحي في الجزائر القدرة على تأمين احتياجات السكان من الغذاء ومن ثم المساهمة في استقرار نسب الاكتفاء الذاتي والتقليص من الفجوة الغذائية؟ . حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مقومات الأمن الغذائي المتاحة في الجزائر غير كافية لتحسينه، خاصة في ظل تراجع المساحات الزراعية مما نتج عنه تراجع في الإنتاج المحلي، والذي أدى بدوره إلى ارتفاع واردات الجزائر من السلع الاستهلاكية الأساسية على غرار القمح. This study is based on the premise that local wheat production is inadequate to meet the requirements of the population, resulting in a decline in self-sustainment ratios and a widening gap food, this study aims at estimating and analyzing the food security indicators in Algeria for the wheat product during the period (2000- 2015) , where the Problematique is as follows: Does the agricultural sector in Algeria have the capacity to ensure the food needs of the population and thus contribute to stabilizing the self-sufficiency ratios and reducing the food gap? The study found that the food security features available in Algeria were insufficient to improve it, especially in the light of the decline in agricultural areas, which this has resulted in a decline in current production, which in turn has led to an increase in Algeria's imports of basic consumer goods such as wheat.
