محددات التوسع العمراني لمدينة عجلون

Résumé: تمثّل مدينة عجلون- مركز محافظة عجلون بالأردن – المدينة التاريخية التي كان موضعها الجبلي الحصين وراء س  ر تطورها وازدهارها، وكانت خطة المدينة متكتلة، ومع انتشار الأمن تراجع الموقع الاستراتيجي للمدينة، وأصبح تو  سعها العمراني بطيئاً، لأنها اصطدمت بمحددات طبيعية وبشرية حالت دون توسعها. يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على الملامح الجغرافية والتاريخية والبشرية للمدينة، ومعرفة  محددات التو  سع العمراني الذي يؤ ّ كد Universe of Geographic fact Appr. للمدينة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اتبع الباحث منهج شمولية الواقع الجغرافي Analytical على أن البيئة الجغرافية للأمكنة هي كل متكامل يصعب تجزئته، كما اتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واعتمد في منهجيته هذه الدراسة الميدانية المقرونة بتحليل الخريطة الطبوغرافية لموضع ، Descriptive Appr. . 1978 و 2007 ، واستخدم الصور الجوية لمدينة عجلون للأعوام 1953 ،Topography of the Site المدينة وقد توصل البحث إلى نتائج وتوصيات من شأنها أن تُسهم في حلّ محددات التوسع التي تواجه المدينة- ولو نسبياً- منها: ضرورة إتباع التوسع العمراني العمودي. Ajloun City or the center of Ajloun governorate in Jordan, represents the historic city that its mountainous hippocampus site is behind its development and prosperity. The city plan was compact, with the spread of the Security and the strategic location of the city was retreated, The urban expansion became slow, because it is collided with natural and human determinants nd prevented expansion. This research aims to identify the geographical, historical and human features of the city, and to know the determinants of its urban expansion. To achieve the objective the researcher uses the Universe of Geographic fact Approach which emphasizes that the geographical environment of the places are all integrated hard-hashed. The researcher also followed the Analytical Descriptive Approach. In the methodology the researcher adopted a combined analysis of the Topography of the study’s site. The aerial photographs of the city of Ajloun for the years 1953.1978 and 2007 were used. The research has come to the findings and recommendations that would contribute to solve the expansion determinants facing the city including : the need to follow the vertical urban expansion.
