لجولجوء بايات أيالة تونس إلى الجزائرخلال القرن الثامن عشر من خلال وثائق أرشيفية

Résumé: تذكر الكتابات حول تاريخ العلاقات بين إيالتي الجزائر وتونس أن السلطة الجزائرية كانت السّباقة إلى التدخل الدائم في شؤون إيالة تونس، ويؤكد هذا الحكم معظم المؤرخون الأوروبيون، لكن بعد البحث و المقارنة بين مختلف الكتابات اتضح أنه لم يكن تدخل في الشؤون وإنما مساعدة ودعم بل واستجابة لمطالب بايات تونس، مثل ما سيعرض خلال البحث .والمشهور أنه في القرن الثامن عشر كانت أرض الجزائر ملجئا لكل معارض أو ثائر ضد الحكم في إيالة تونس، لذلك تمّ التعريف بالثورات والحروب الأهلية التي شهدتها إيالة تونس من أجل كرسي العرش، وفي كل مرة يفشل المعارضون ويطلبون يد العون من السلطة الجزائرية ، التي كانت تسمح وتجعل من أرضها معقلا لكل ثائر؛ مقابل الرضوخ لشروطها؛ ما جعل العلاقات بين الايالتين تتوتر. ABSTRACT The writings on the History of relations between Algerian and Tunisian regencies reported that the Algerian authority was always the first to intervene in the affairs of the Tunis Regency, and this judgment is affirmed by the majority of European Historians. But after a research from various works, it appeared that there had been no intervention in the internal affairs but they had provided an assistance and replied to the demands of the Beys of Tunis, as it is demonstrated in this present research. It is well known that in the XVIIIth century, the Algerian territory was a refuge for the Tunisian opponents. Through the present work, it was possible to know the civil wars that the Tunisian regency had known. But, always, the opponents had failed and asked the help of the Algerian authorities which made of their territory a refuge for the opponents on the condition that they accept their demands, which made the relations between the two countries tense
