Résumé: الملخص: إن إدماج المحبوسين إجتماعيا يعتبر من أولاويات العملية الإصلاحية الجنائبة، بفعل نتائجه المستقبلية في الحدود الوقاية من الإجرام، لذا يقتضي الحال أن يتم توفيركل السبل من أجل إنجاح الممارسة الإصلاحية المطبقة على المحبوسين بعد الإفراج عنهم في المجتمع الذي سيستنكرهم بداية و هو واقع معاش، بحيث تستهدف في مهامها بأن يعود إلى ممارسة حياته الطبيعية كمواطن،يستلزم لذلك تقويم المحبوس والنهـــوض بمستوى قيمـــــه ومـــفـــاهيمه،من خلال توجيهه والإشراف على سلوكه،مماينتج عنه تغيير في شخصيته ونظرته للحياة عن سابقتها، لذا فإنه يقع على عاتقهاعلى إعتبار أنهم بشر ودائما في منهاج الإصلاح للمحبوسين المفرج عنهم بإتباع لأساليب أوضحتها التشريعات الدولية والعربية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الرعاية اللاحقة، دوليا وعربيا،المحبوس المفرج عنه،مشاكل الإندماج،برامجه . تصنيفات:JEL H75،I18،I38،K42، H7 .
