Résumé: The study of the colonial phenomenon in the contemporary era in general French colonization in particular is the most important to be discussed because of the great importance gained by this phenomenon because the French colonialism on Algeria was the worst colonial colonization in the first place and aimed at exploiting the assets of the Algerian state by confiscating its lands and trying to move them further All of which were for the success of the settlement process and the consolidation of the pillars of colonialism. Despite the tensions between the French administration and the settlers in Algeria in 1830-1870, but in the end the process culminated in the victory of the settlers and the imposition of civil rule was a positive result on the settlers and the bad language on the people, especially in the social structure, which crashed because of the change in property ownership in Algeria
