حماية المحكمة الدستورية للحقوق والحريات الأساسية من خلال التعديل الدستوري لسنة2020

Résumé: ملخص: تختص المحكمة الدستورية بحماية وضمان الحقوق والحريات الأساسية من خلال اختصاصاتها الدستورية الممنوحة لها في التعديل الدستوري لستة2020، كما أنها تسعى الى حماية الدستور بضمان عدم انتهاكه من قبل الهيئات الدستورية المختلفة ،وتعمل على تنفيذ مهامها بشكل يوافق الدستور في نصه وروحه، مما يجعل المحكمة الدستورية الهيئة الاقرب لحماية الحقوق والحريات الأساسية. تجسّد آلية الدفع بعدم الدستورية الاسلوب الأكثر فعالية في حماية الحقوق والحريات من كل انتهاك تشريعي ، لهذا استوجب علينا دراسة دور المحكمة الدستورية من خلالها وفق التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2020 ، والتأكيد على أنها ضامنة للحقوق والحريات بالتصدي لمختلف أشكال انتهاكها. The Constitutional Court is responsible for protecting and guaranteeing basic rights and freedoms through its constitutional powers granted to it in 2020 Constitutional Amendment. The mechanism for defending unconstitutionality embodies the most effective method in protecting rights and freedoms from any legislative violation. This is why we had to study the role of the Constitutional Court through it in accordance with the constitutional amendment of 2020, .and to confirm that it is a guarantor of rights and freedoms by confronting various forms of their violation.
