سبل حماية الأعيان الثقافية الفلسطينية في ظل حرب طوفان الأقصى

Résumé: تعتبر الأعيان الثقافية الفلسطينية أهم مرتكزات الهوية الفلسطينية و العربية الإسلامية، ولهذا السبب كانت ومازالت هدف لهجمات الاستعمار الإسرائيلي الغاشم، فعلى الرغم من تطور أساليب الحماية الدولية والداخلية لمختلف الممتلكات الثقافية، إلا أنَّ الممتلكات الفلسطينية لم تستفد من هذه الأساليب وتعرضت لأبشع وسائل التدمير والهلاك أمام مرأى ومسمع الرأي العام العربي والعالمي، وهذا ما يدل على قصور هذه الأساليب وعدم كفايتها في تحقق أهدافها، لذلك وجب إعادة النظر في المنظومة القانونية المتعلقة بحماية الأعيان الثقافية والمطالبة بتفعيل آليات السلم والآمن التي تنادي بها مؤسسات حفظ التراث العالمي وحقوق الإنسان. Palestinian cultural objects are considered the most important foundations of Palestinian and Arab-Islamic identity, and for this reason they were and still are the target of brutal Israeli colonial attacks. Despite the development of international and internal protection methods for various cultural properties, Palestinian properties did not benefit from these methods and were exposed to the most horrific means of destruction and destruction in front of their eyes. And the hearing of Arab and international public opinion, and this indicates the shortcomings of these methods and their insufficiency in achieving their goals. Therefore, the legal system related to the protection of cultural objects must be reconsidered and the mechanisms for peace and security called for by institutions for preserving world heritage and human rights must be activated
