Résumé: كاناختيارنالهذاالموضوعنتيجةلتفاقمظاهرةالتهرب من التصريح بالعمال واتساع آثارها،وانتشارهاالكبيرفيالسنواتالأخيرة،فهيتهددوجود نظام الضمان الإجتماعي،كما تفوتأموالطائلةعلىصندوق التأمينات الإجتماعية للعمال الأجراءممايترتبعنهانعكاساتسلبيةعلى الصندوق وعلى السياسة الإجتماعية للدولة. Abstract : SUPERVISORY ROLE OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY INSTITUTION IN COMBATING THE EVASION OF WORKRS’ DECLARATION. (case study of the national fund for social insurance, M’sila Agency). This topic was selected as a result of the growing up of insurancefraud of employees’declaration phenomenon and its effects. Its large spread in the recent years threats the existence of the insurance system, In addition to that, itpassed a lot of money on the insurance company which resulted with negative impacts on the national insurance policy.
