دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تطوير إدارة سلسة التوريد – دراسة حالة مؤسسة لافارج بالمسيلة -
Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تطوير إدارة سلسة التوريد بمؤسسة لافارج لإنتاج الاسمنت بالمسيلة ، وذلك من خلال تشخيص واقع تكنولوجيا المعلومات وإدارة سلسلة التوريد بها ودراسة العلاقة بين تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات وإدارة سلسلة التوريد. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، وعلى المقابلة كأداة أساسية لجمع المعلومات من طرف مسؤولي تكنولوجيا المعلومات ومختلف مصالح سلسلة التوريد، حيث تم التوصل إلى أن توفر مستوى جيد لاستخدامات تكنولوجيا المعلومات، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية بين تطبيقات تكنولوجيا المعلومات وإدارة سلسلة التوريد رغم عدم وجود بعض التطبيقات. The study aims to identify the role of Information Technology in the development of Supply Chain Management at LAFARGE Cement Production in M'sila, through the diagnosis of the reality of information technology and supply chain management and study the relationship between IT applications and Supply Chain Management. We used The descriptive approach and the interview as an essential tool for information gathering by IT officials and various Supply Chain, It has been found a good level for IT applications, and a positive correlation between IT applications and Supply Chain Management although there aren't some applications.
