الفساد المالي في المجتمع الجزائري (الأشكال، والعوامل، والأثار). - مقاربة سوسيولوجية -

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة الفساد المالي في المجتمع الجزائري، من خلال المعطيات التي احتوت واقع هذه الظاهرة بمختلف أشكالها. فتناولت الدراسة بعض المفاهيم المرتبطة بمشكلة الفساد في مجتمعنا، إضافة إلى التطرق لبعض النظريات المفسرة لمظاهر الفساد ومحاولة استقراء أبرز أفكار هذه المقاربات واسقاطها على مجتمعنا، وعرض أبرز أشكال الفساد المنتشرة في المجتمع، مع الإشارة إلى أهم العوامل التي تشير لانتشار ظاهرة الفساد، وفي الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى عرض بعض الآثار والانعكاسات المترتبة عن جرائم الفساد في المجتمع الجزائري. Abstract: This paper sheds the light on corruption phenomenon in the Algerian society through data, which dealt with topicality of asked phenomenon with its different types. This paper treated some notions relating to corruption problem in our society. In addition to broach to some explaining theories of corruption phenomenon also to try to induce the most important ideas of these approaches and to be applied on our society, as well as to show the most prominent types of corruption in society and to mention the most important factors, which indicate propagation of corruption. At last, this paper concludes to show some after-effects and impacts caused by crimes of corruption in the Algerian society.
