دور نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية في إعداد لوحة القيادة الاجتماعية في المؤسسة الصناعية دراسة حالة: مؤسسة الاسمنت بباتنة

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الإطار النظري لنظام معلومات الموارد البشرية، والتطرق إلى لوحة القيادة الاجتماعية، وإبراز مساهمة نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية في إعداد لوحة القيادة الاجتماعية في مؤسسة الاسمنت بباتنة خلال الفترة (2011- 2013). وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن نظام معلومات الموارد البشرية يساهم في إعداد لوحة القيادة الاجتماعية في مؤسسة الاسمنت بباتنة من خلال المعلومات التي يوفرها والتي تكون كقاعدة أساسية لحساب النسب والمؤشرات، وتتمثل أهم المؤشرات التي تدرسها لوحة القيادة الاجتماعية في كل من: العمالة، التوظيف، التدريب، الغياب والأجور. Abstract : This study aims to identify the theoretical framework for human resources information system, and to address the Social dashboard, and to highlight the contribution of human resources information system in preparation for the social dashboard in the cement organisation batna during the period (2011-2013). The results of the study that the human resources information system contributes to the preparation of the social dashboard in the cement organisation batna through information provided by and that is a basic rule to calculate the ratios and indicators, and is the most important indicators examined by the social dashboard in: employment, recruitment, training, absenteeism and wages.
