المؤسسات العقابية في الجزائر: أنظمتها وأنواعها حسب قانون تنظيم السجون وإعادة الإدماج الإجتماعي للمحبوسين

Résumé: ملخص: يهدف هذا العمل العلمي إلى معرفة السجون في الجزائر وأنظمتها العقابية وأنواعها ومدى تطبيقها في المؤسسة العقابية حسب قانون تنظيم السجون وإعادة الإدماج الإجتماعي للمحبوسين، حيث تطرقنا إلى تطور نظام السجون قديما وحديثا، والتعرض إلى أنظمته وأنواعه وكيفية تطبيقها ومحاولة إسقاطها على المؤسسة العقابية الجزائرية، وكذلك الدور الذي تلعبه هذه المؤسسات في عملية الإصلاح والإدماج الإجتماعي للمحبوسين. الكلمات المفتاحية: السجن، المحبوس، المؤسسة العقابية، الأنظمة العقابية. Abstract : This scientific work aims at Rowing the prisons in Algeria their penal systems; their types and the extension of their application in the penal of organisation of prisons, and their reintegration of detainees since it dealt with the development of the prisons systems in the past and now days (recently) it dealt with its systems, types and how they are applied and the attempt to project it on the Algerian penal institution; and also the role it plays in the process of social reform and integration of detainees .
