تكوين المورد البشري ودوره في إرساء الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة .

Résumé: يصنف المورد البشري في المؤسسات المعاصرة بأنه أهم مورد فيها، باعتباره العنصر المفكر والقادر على الابتكار والتجديد، وهو ما جعلها تخصص له مكانة خاصة تظهر بشكل واضح من خلال إدارته وتسيير شؤونه بطريقة علمية فعالة معتمدة في ذلك على مجموعة من الخطط والبرامج الاستراتيجية المخصصة لهذا الغرض. ويهدف هذا المقال إلي تسليط الضوء على أهمية تكوين الموارد البشرية في بلوغ المؤسسة للميزة التنافسية، وذلك من خلال طرح الإشكال التالي كيف يساهم تكوين الموارد البشرية في خلق الميزة التنافسية للمؤسسة ؟ Abstract Human resource in contemporary institutions classifies as the most important resource in which, as a thinker element capable of innovation, which would make it allocates a special place showing clearly through the management and conduct of its effective affairs in a scientific way relying on a set of plans, programs and strategic allocated for this purpose. This article aims to highlight the importance of human resources formation in the attainment of the institution of competitive advantage, and by introducing the following question: How does the composition of human resources create a competitive advantage for the institution?
