قياس أثر الانفاق الحكومي على معدل البطالة في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2018 باستخدام نموذج شعاع تصحيح الخطأ Vecm

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد العلاقة بين الإنفاق الحكومي ومعدل البطالة المقاس بنسبة أفراد القوي العاملة الذين ليس لديهم عمل ولكنهم متاحين للعمل ويبحثون عن الوظائف في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2018، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمد البحث على التحليل القياسي لتحديد العلاقة بين الإنفاق الحكومي ومعدل البطالة، و ذلك من خلال توظيف البيانات الإحصائية في الجزائر. ومن خلال في هذا البحث توصلنا لعدة نتائج أهمها وجود علاقة وجود علاقة تكامل مشترك بين الانفاق العام ومعدل البطالة، إضافة إلى أن الانفاق العام يؤثر بالإيجاب على معدل البطالة. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between government expenditure and unemployment rate measured by the Proportion of members of the workforce who do not have a job but are available to work and are looking for jobs in Algeria during the period (1990-2018), to achieve this goal The researcher also adopted various econometric models to study the impact of the government expenditure on unemployment rate through using the statistic data in Algeria. Through this research, we reached several important results of which is cointegration relationship between public expenditure and unemployment rate, in addition to public expenditure negatively affects the unemployment rate.
