Résumé: The current study aimed to find the working structure of the organizational culture scale among the administrative staff of the University of kasdi Merbah Ouargla, and to achieve this we relied on the analytical descriptive approach as suitable for exploratory studies. And we built a scale of (68) paragraph divided into four dimensions: (After containment and coherence, after consistency and consistency, after human support, after the organizational climate) assumed by the researcher, which was applied to a sample estimated (395) administrative staff to confirm the psychometric characteristics of the scale, the honesty and stability of the scale was calculated and the distribution of the sample data was tested, which showed that it is distributed naturally and that the scale is true and consistent, Following the results obtained, the scale was applied to a sample of 468 administrative staff (administrative staff) to calculate the exploratory factor analysis by the main components method and the Varimax-style tilting resulted in three factors that were renamed in line with the contents of the paragraphs: Humanitarian support, the third factor: Containment and coherence and consistency. In the light of the results of the exploratory factor analysis, we have made sure through the confirmation factor analysis of the quality of the model matching and suitability for the data of the sample study, which resulted in the results of good and appropriate matching of the model assumed data of the sample study. The results were explained in the light of theory and previous studies relevant to the subject of the study.
