الإشهار الالكتروني كوسيلة للإعلام

Résumé: الملخص: الإشهار الإلكتروني هو إشهار عن بعد يتم دون الحاجة الى الاتصال المادي بين أطرافه حيث يستطيع صاحبه أن يصدر في كل مكان متواجد فيه. كما يتميز باستمراره على مدار الساعة ويمكن الاطلاع عليه في أي وقت ومن قبل أي مستخدم للاتصالات الالكترونية. الهدف من هذه الدراسة تحديد مفهوم الإشهار الإلكتروني، وصور الإشهار الإلكتروني المتمثلة في الإشهار الإلكتروني غير المحظور الإشهار الإلكتروني المحظور. ونتبع في ذلك المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. الكلمات المفتاحية: التجارة الإلكترونية، المستهلك الإلكتروني، الإشهار الإلكتروني، الإشهار التضليلي، الشريط الاشهاري، الاتصالات الإلكترونية. Abstract: The Electronic publicity is a remote advertising that takes place without the need for physical contact between its parties, as its owner can issue it in every places where he is. This type of publicity is also continues around the clock and can be viewed at any times by any users of electronic communications. The aim of this study is to define the concept of electronic publicity, and there froms represnted by the non-aprohibited electronic publicity ,and we fellow in that descriptive and analytical approach.
