نظام إثبات النسب في التشريع الجزائري
Résumé: نهدف من خلال دراستنا لموضوع اثبات النسب في القانون الجزائري هو بيان الطرق القانونية لإثبات النسب والبحث في كل طريقة على حدى وايضا ابراز موقف الفقه من طرق الاثبات الواردة في قانون الاسرة وكذا الطرق العلمية من نتائج دقيقة في اثبات النسب. ومن حيث بيان الطرق المخولة قانونا لإثبات النسب امام القاضي المتكونة من الاقرار والبينة والطرق العلمية المستحدثة من قبل المشرع، يتضح لنا جليا ان لهذا الموضوع اهمية بالغة تتمحور اساسا في الآثار الوخيمة التي قد تنعكس على الطفل والمجتمع ككل. الكلمات المفتاحية: إثبات النسب، الإقرار، البينة، الطرق العلمية. Abstract: Through our study of the issue of proof of lineage in the algerian law, we aim to show the legal methods of estblishing lineage and research each method seperately, as well as highlight the position of jurisprudence on the methods of proof menioned in the family law, as well as the methods of proof contained in the scientific methods of accurate results in establishing lineage. In terms of explaining the legally authorized methods of establishing lineage before the judge, consisting of acknowledgment ,evidence and scientific methods developed by the legislator , it is clear to us that this issue is of great importance mainly centered on the severe effects that may be reflected on the child and society as a whole.
