فاعلية برنامج إرشادي مبني على نظرية جون هولاند لبناء المشروع الشخصي لمتربصي التكوين المهني
Résumé: ملخص: - هدفت الدراسة التعرف على فعالية البرنامج الإرشادي الذي يستند على نظرية "جون هولاند" لبناء المشروع الشخصي المهني المستقبلي لمتربصي التكوين المهني، وقد اعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على المنهج التجريبي، واستخدم فيها التصميم التجريبي ذي المجموعتين، بقياس قبلي وبعدي لكلا المجموعتين، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (20) متربص، بالتكوين المهني " بوراس نور الدين- تكسبت- تم توزيعهم عشوائيا على مجموعتين تجريبية وضابطة، ومن الأساليب المستخدمة للتحقق من أهداف الدراسة إختبار "ت" لدلالة الفروق بين المجموعتين قبليا وبعديا. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of the counseling program that is based on the theory of "John Holland" to build the future personal professional project for professional training trainees. The current study relied on the experimental approach, and used the experimental design with two groups, with a pre and post measurement for both groups, with a pre and post measurement for both groups. The study sample consisted of (20) trainees in The Proficional Training Center Bourasse Noureddine - Teksebt - we use in this study the" T" Test for indicating the differences between the two groups, before and after, they were distributed randomly into two experimental and control groups
