Résumé: ملخص: تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية لدراسة مدى مساهمة المحكمة الدستورية في حل المنازعات المتعلقة بالانتخابات التشريعية، وذلك من خلال دورها الكبير كقاضي انتخابي، فقمنا بكشف النقاب عن النظام العضوي والوظيفي لهذه الهيئة لمعرفة مدى ملائمتها لحل المنازعات المتعلقة بتكوين البرلمان بكل شفافية وحياد. فوصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها أنه لابد من ضرورة تدعيم استقلالية المحكمة الدستورية من أجل لعب دورها كقاصي انتخابي بكل شفافية وحياد. Abstract: Our presentation aims to study the degree of to which the Constitutional Court contributes to the resolution of disputes relating to legislative elections, through its significant role as an electoral judge, so we unveiled the organic and functional system of this body to see how appropriate it is to resolve disputes related to the formation of parliament with transparency and impartiality. We have come to the conclusion that the independence of the Constitutional Court must be strengthened in order to play its role as an electoral storyteller with transparency and impartiality.
