أخلقة الحياة السياسية في الجزائر " الضمانات المرتبطة بالعملية التمهيدية للإنتخابات المحلية انموذجا"

Résumé: إن بحث موضوع أخلقة الحياة السياسية في الجزائر، لابد أن يقترن بدراسة موضوع الضمانات المرتبطة بالمرحلة التمهيدية للإنتخابات، لأن هذه المرحلة تكتسي حقيقة أهمية بالغة مستمدة من أهمية هذه المرحلة، نظير إرتباطها بضمانات دستورية- قانونية- قضائية قررها المشرع الإنتخابي على ضوء قانون الإنتخابات 21-01 بهدف تكريس الشفافية والحياد في هذه المرحلة الأساسية من العملية الإنتخابية، بما يتماشى ومتطلبات تحقيق الهدف المنشود من أخلقة الحياة السياسية في الجزائر وفصل المال عن السياسة. The Constitution of Algeria in 2020 formed a basis for starting a dialogue on the ways and modalities of the ethics of political action in Algeria. The issue of elections constitutes an important point in the issue of Political ethics as it is related to the transparency and integrity of the electoral process. In this study I looked closely at the cconstitutional, legal and judicial guarantees In light of the Elections Law 01-21, related to the preparatory process for the electoral process, in line with the requirements of achieving transparency in the electoral process and to get money out of politics.
