Résumé: اقتصرت هذه الدراسة على دراسة القيم السائدة في العمل داخل المؤسسة العمومية الاقتصادية الجزائرية من خلال تركيزها على طبيعة هذه القيم وخائصها، وكذا دور الممارسات التنظيمية في إعادة إنتاج القيم السائدة فيها، ومدى تناقض هذه القيم باعتبارها انتاج ثقافي من صنع المجتمع مع القيم المنتجة للعمل باعتبارها انتاج ثقافي من صنع التنظيمات الاقتصادية الحديثة التي تبنت القيم العقلانية في عملها لأنها معايير تضمن لنموها واستقرارها This study was limited to studying the prevailing values at work within the Algerian public economic enterprise through its focus on the nature of these values and their characteristics, as well as the role of organizational practices in reproducing the prevailing values in them, and the extent of the contradiction of these values as a cultural product made by society with the values produced To work as a cultural product made by modern economic organizations that have adopted rational values in their work because they are standards that guarantee their growth and stability
