واقع متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية الحكومية بشركات التأمين العمومية- دراسة حالة الشركة الوطنية للتأمين (saa)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية الحكومية بشركات التأمين العمومية، حيث أجريت الدراسة على الشركة الوطنية للتأمين SAA، وقد تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي واستخدام أداة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، حيث تم استجواب عينة مكونة من (63) فردا من مدراء الوكالات ورؤساء المصالح ونواب رؤساء المصالح بالوكالات. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة بعد اختبار الفرضيات إلى أن متطلبات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية الحكومية بالشركة الوطنية للتأمين SAA تتوافر بدرجة مرتفعة نسبياً. This study aims to know the reality of the requirements for implementing government e-management in the public insurance companies. the study was conducted in the national insurance company SAA, and it was employed The descriptive approach and the questionnaire tool to collect data, where a sample of (63) individuals from agencies managers, heads of services and deputy heads of services in agencies was interrogated. After testing the hypotheses, The results of the study indicated that the requirements for implementing e-government management at the National Insurance Company SAA, available to a relatively high degree.
