اقتصاد المعرفة والجامعة: دراسة في دور الجامعات في الاستثمار المعرفي.

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة أحد أبرز الموضوعات التي أثيرت على الساحة الأكاديمية في الفترة الحالية بعد التغيرات التي شهدها العالم في المجال العلمي والمعرفي نتيجة الثورة المعلوماتية والتكنولوجية، وهو موضوع دور الجامعة في تعزيز البحث العلمي والاستثمار المعرفي، خاصة وأن الجامعات بات يُنظر لها على أنها المسؤول الرئيسي وراء التنمية المستدامة كون مهمتها لم تعد تقتصر على التعليم والبحث، بل أصبحت المحرك الرئيسي لاقتصاد المعرفة كما صورها رئيس جامعة ميريلاند عام 2000 ، قائلاً: "تشعل البحوث الجامعية اقتصاد المعرفة كما تشعل الكهرباء اقتصاد الصناعة".
