Résumé: The aim of this study was to identify the role of management information systems in enhancing transparency in the health sector in Saudi Arabia. This study was conducted in 2016/2017. The researcher chose a random sample consisting of 70 employees of the health sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study concluded that the role of management information systems in enhancing transparency in the health sector in Saudi Arabia from the point of view of its employees was medium. The study recommended the development and enactment of laws and legislations that contribute to activating the use of management information systems to enhance transparency in the health sector in the Arab Kingdom Saudi Arabia.
