تكرير النفط كخيار استراتيجي للتنويع الاقتصادي وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة بالجزائر - دراسة تحليلية -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى إبراز أهمية صناعة تكرير النفط في الجزائر كخيار إستراتيجي لتنويع مخرجات الصناعة النفطية الجزائرية، حيث يمكن استغلال هذه الصناعة اللاحقة في الجزائر في انتاج منتجات نفطية مكررة توفر مصادر تمويل أخرى في ظل تراجع أسعار النفط الخام في الأسواق العالمية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود نقص كبير في الاستثمارات المخصصة لصناعة التكرير في الجزائر، فالإحصائيات المسجلة تُبين أن مصافي التكرير تعمل بالطاقة الإنتاجية القصوى ولا تغطي احتياجات السوق المحلية، وأنه يمكن استغلال هذه الصناعة اللاحقة لتنويع الاقتصاد الوطني وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. This research paper aims to illustrate the importance of the oil refining industry in Algeria as a strategic option to diversify the output of the Algerian oil industry, where the subsequent industry in Algeria can be used to produce refined petroleum products that provide other sources of funding in light of the decline in crude oil prices in world markets. The study found a significant lack of investment in the refining industry in Algeria. at Statistics show that refineries operate at maximum production capacity and do not cover domestic market needs, and that the subsequent industry can be used to diversify the national economy and achieve sustainable development.
