قــــراءة في التحول الرقمي لنظام الرعاية الصحية في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: تسعى الجزائر لتبني تطبيقات الصحة الرقمية في تحسين الخدمات الصحية، التي تقدم مزايا كبيرة في الحصول على متابعة صحية تتجاوز الحدود الزمانية والمكانية، ما يساعد على تحسين الحالة الصحية للفرد، كما أنها تساهم في عصرنة المنظومة الصحية وتطويرها بشكل كبير ودمجها مع تقنيات الاتصال في مختلف مجالات الصحة الرقمية كأحد أهداف التحول الوطني، هذا الأخير خلق طفرة كبيرة في تسريع الرعاية الصحية وزيادة كفاءتها. من خلال هذا الدراسة سوف نقدم قراءة تحليلية حول التحول الرقمي في قطاع الرعاية الصحية، مزايا هذا التحول الرقمي ومساره والتحديات التي تواجهه مستقبلا في القطاع الصحي بالجزائر. Abstract: Algeria is seeking to adopt digital health applications to improve health services, which offer great advantages in obtaining health follow-up beyond temporal and spatial boundaries, which helps to improve the health status of the individual, and contributes to the modernisation and development of the health system and its integration with communication technologies in various fields of digital health as one of the objectives of the national transformation, the latter creating a major breakthrough in accelerating health care and increasing its efficiency. Through this study, we will provide an analytical reading on the digital transformation in the healthcare sector, the advantages of this digital transformation, its path and the challenges it faces in the future in the health sector in Algeria.
