الطلاقة النفسية وعلاقتها بدافعية الانجاز لدى لاعبي كرة القدم دراسة ميدانية أجريت على مستوى أندية الجهوي لولاية البويرة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على علاقة النفسية بدافعية الانجاز لدى لاعبي كرة القدم ، ولتحقيق ذلك استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة من 60 لاعبا من 03 أندية لا عبي كرة القدم على مستوى أندية ولاية البويرة اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية ، وطبق عليهم مقياس الطلاقة النفسية ودافعية الانجاز ، وتوصلت النتائج إلى : ـ توجد علاقة طردية موجبة بين الطلاقة النفسية ودافعية الانجاز. ـ مستوى الطلاقة النفسية لدى لاعبي كرة القدم كان عال وان اختلف درجاته. ـ مستوى دافعية الانجاز كان عال على لاعبي كرة القدم. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the psychological relationship motivation achievement among football players. To achieve this, the researcher used descriptive analytical method on a sample of 60 players from 03 clubs are not my game of football at the level of clubs Bouira province were chosen at random, and dish them psychological fluency scale and achievement motivation, and found the results to: 1. There is a direct correlation between positive psychological fluency and achievement motivation. 2. The level of mental fluency among football players was high and varied grades. 3. The level of achievement motivation was high on football players.
