الالتزام بالإعلام الالكتروني قبل التعاقد في ظل جائحة كورونا.

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الالتزام بالإعلام قبل التعاقد الالكتروني في ظل جائحة كورونا الفتاكة ومدى تأثير هاته الأخيرة على هذا الالتزام الجوهري، خاصة لما فرضته دول العالم من اجراءات حجر منزلي ولما لعبته هاته الجائحة في التأثير على الالتزامات، ولما لهذا الالتزام من دور في حماية المستهلك الالكتروني وتنوير رضاه في ظل انعدام التوازن المعرفي في العقد بينه وبين المورد الالكتروني، لذلك فأي اخلال بهذا الالتزام يؤدي الى قيام مسؤولية المدنية والجزائية. This study aims to determine the commitment to the media before electronic contracting in light of the deadly Corona pandemic and the extent of the impact of the latter on this fundamental commitment, Especially because of the home quarantine measures imposed by the countries of the world and what this pandemic has played in affecting obligations, and because of the role of this commitment in protecting the electronic consumer and enlightening his satisfaction in light of the lack of knowledge balance in the contract between him and the electronic resource, Therefore, any breach of this obligation leads to civil and penal liability.
