جهود الإمام الحطاب فينشر المذهب المالكي في أرض الحجاز

Résumé: الملخص: تتميز المدرسة المالكية بالحصة الأوفر في خزانة الفقه الإسلامي، إذ يعد المذهب المالكي زاخراً بالفروع والأصول، وله خصائص تميزه عن غيره من المذاهب، وحصل له شرف العلو والأفضلية، إذ جمع في أصوله الأدلة النقلية والعقلية، وكيف لا وقد كان إمام المذهب مدني، فجمع الآثار التي كانت بالمدينة إذ أنها دار هجرة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم والصحابة، وبها استقروا ثم جاء عصر التابعين ليستقر معظمهم بالمدينة النبوية فبذلك حصل المنقول من السنة وأقوال الصحابة والتابعين، كما أن أصول المذهب المالكي جمعت كل الأدلة العقلية من قياس ومصالح واستحسان وسد الذرائع وغيره من الأدلة، وتميز هذا المذهب بنجوم زاهرة لألأت في سماء الفقه الإسلامي ومن هؤلاء النجوم يظهر ويتجلى أبو عبد الله بن عبد الرحمان الرعيني المعروف بالحطاب المغربي الأصل ولقد سعى هذا البحث إلى الإجابة عن أسئلة عدة هي : من هو الامام الحطاب الرعيني وماهي مؤلفاته كيف ساهمت مؤلفات الإمام الحطاب في حضور المغاربة وإبراز مكانتهم العلمية في بلاد الحجاز؟ Abstract: The Maliki school is characterized by the largest share in the treasury of Islamic jurisprudence, as the Maliki school of thought is rich in branches and principles, and it has characteristics that distinguish it from other schools of thought. So he collected the antiquities that were in Medina, since it was the place of immigration of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and the Companions, and in it they settled. Then the era of the Followers came to settle most of them in the Prophet’s city, and with that, what was transmitted from the Sunnah and the sayings of the Companions and followers took place, just as the origins of the Maliki school gathered all the rational evidence of measurement, interests, approval and blocking pretexts And other evidence, and this doctrine is distinguished by bright stars of gods in the sky of Islamic jurisprudence, and among these stars appears and manifests Abu Abdullah bin Abd al-Rahman al-Raini, known as the woodcutter of Moroccan origin.
