Essai D’analyse De La Stratégie De Communication Dans Le Secteur De La Téléphonie Mobile : Etude Comparative Des Trois Opérateurs De La Téléphonie Mobile En Algérie.

Résumé: اليوم يتم تصميم استراتيجيات الاتصال الفعال باستخدام النهج الذي يجمع بين الصرامة، المهنية، المشاركة في العمل الجماعي والإبداع. في هذه المقالة، سوف نحدد استراتيجية الاتصال التي هي موضوع لتطوير الأعمال، وخاصة في مجال الهاتف النقال مع عرض قطاع الاتصالات الهاتفية النقالة في الجزائر، سماته، تطوره والمتعاملين في السوق و ذلك بالقيام بدراسة مقارنة بينهم لتحديد خصائص كل من الشركات الثلاث وإجراء التشخيص العام لمعرفة نقاط القوة والضعف ومقارنة سياسة الاتصال التي تطبقها كل من الشركات الثلاث. الشركات الثلاث يتنافسون و يقدمون العروض المختلفة من حيث الحملات الإعلامية والدعاية، لاستقطاب مشتركين جدد والاحتفاظ بالعملاء الحاليين، زيادة المبيعات وكسب حصة اكبر في السوق. Today, the design of effective communication strategies is done using an approach that combines rigor, professionalism, teamwork, participation and creativity. In this article, we will determine the communication strategy that is the subject of business development, especially in the field of mobile telephony with the presentation of the mobile sector in Algeria, its features,its evolution and operators on the market has a comparative study between them to determine the characteristics of each of the three operators and carry out a general diagnosis to find out their strengths and weaknesses and comparing the communication strategy applied by the three operators.The three operators multiply the offers in terms of communication and publicity campaigns, to welcome new subscribers and retain potential customers, increase sales and gain market share.
