المقاربات الحديثة في دراسة أنماط الإصلاح في المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى رصد أهم المقاربات الحديثة في دراسة أنماط الإصلاح في المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية، وذلك عبر البحث في الأطر التفسيرية في العلاقات الدولية والدراسات الخاصة بالتنظيم والتسيير . لقد توصلت هذه الورقة البحثية إلى أن دراسة عملية الإصلاح داخل المنظمات الدولية والإقليمية، قد تم معالجتها ضمن إطار نظري يجمع بين المقاربات التفسيرية المركزة على تأثير العوامل الخارجية على مسار الإصلاح في المنظمات الدولية ،ومقاربات تخص تأثير البنية الداخلية للمنظمات الدولية على طبيعة ومحتوى عملية الإصلاح. This research paper aims at monitoring the main recent approaches studying types of reforming international, and regional organizations , by dealing with explanatory frameworks in international relations from one hand, and management and organizations studies on the other hand. This research paper has concluded that the process of reforming international and regional organizations, has been studied inside a theoretical framework , that combines explanatory approaches focusing on external factors that affect the process of international organizations reform from one hand ; and that accounts focusing on the effect of internal structure on the nature, and content of reforming process on the other hand .
