Résumé: This study aims to highlight the impact of the financing structure on the financial performance of establishments in the telecommunications sector in Algeria based on the case study of Mobilis and Algérie Télécom in Ouargla during the period (2012/2019 ), for this the financing structure in each of the two establishments was analyzed by a set of ratios: Size, growth, liquidity and debt ratio, and evaluation of their financial performance by: economic and financial profitability; A prelude to answering the research problem by estimating the relationship between these variables using panel models. Where we found through this study that there is a statistically significant direct relationship of debt ratio on financial performance and an inverse relationship between the size of the institution and financial performance, while the growth rate of the 'institution and the volume of liquidity had no significant effect on financial performance at a significant degree of 5%
