Résumé: The study aims to analyze the social and professional reality of Women working in sewing craft ,and the extent to which they can achieve their financial independence, by studying several variables that compose the feminist craft work and the social environment in which craft women live in order to improve their position and themselves and confront the social obstacles they face. The study was applied to a purposive sample of 102 craftswoman .After collecting data from the sample, it was analyzed by the SPSS program. Arithmetic mean and correlation coefficients were used to measure the correlation between variables.The study concludes that the craftswoman faces a set of social challenges that require adaptation.The study concluded to the following main results: 1-the craft women face from Social and professional side a set of challenges related to society, beliefs and attitudes towards women. 2-There is a difference in the degree of autonomy enjoyed by craft women, both from social or materialside .
