تزايد النفوذ الصيني في إفريقيا وفرص تحقيق التنمية بالقارة The Increasing Chinese Influence In Africa And Opportunities For Development

Résumé: الملخص: تحاول هذه الدراسة التركيز على موضوع تزايد التواجد الصيني في القارة الإفريقية، وذلك من خلال تبيان المميزات التي تحظى بها دول القارة وفق المنظور الصيني، واستعراض ملامح ومؤشرات تصاعد نفوذها فيها، وهو ما يستدعي تقديم رؤية لمستقبل هذا التواجد بالقارة ومدى الفرص المتاحة التي يمكن أن تستفيد منها الدول الإفريقية في عملية التنمية بما يعود بالنفع للطرفين، في ظل وجود تحديات قد جعلت من إفريقيا مجالا للتنافس الدولي والإقليمي. Abstract: This study highlights the issue of the growing Chinese presence in the African continent through clarifying the advantages that the African countries enjoy, from a Chinese perspective, as well as demonstrating the features and indicators of this presence. In addition, examining the potential trends of the Chinese role and presence in Africa and the advantages that this presence would bring to the African countries and their development processes, given the fact that Africa has become a space for competition between major global powers, is one of the purposes of this study.
