دراسة في الاقتصاد التضامني صندوق الوقف الجزائري أنموذج

Résumé: إن القضايا الاقتصادية الكبرى والنظام الاقتصادية المتعامل بها في الدول اليوم وخاصة الرأسمالية ولما لها من سلبيات وآثار سلبية تفرضها قواعد تلك النظم يستفيد منها الأغنياء ويتضرر منها الفقراء المعدومين، جعل من بعض الأقليات وبدعم من الحكومات الى تتبني منهج اقتصادي تضامني يعمل على استفادة الطبقات الفقيرة من الوفرات الاقتصادية وادماجهم في العمل والنمو الاقتصادي ويجعل منهم عنصرا فعالا في الاقتصاد، كما يركز هذا المنهج على الجانب الاقتصادي يركز أيضا وبنفس النسبة على الجانب الاجتماعي، ونرى أن الصناديق الوقفية تعمل على تنشيط الطبقات الفقيرة وادماجها في الشغل وذلك من خلال ما تقدمه من قروض استثمارية حسنة وكذا ما تموله من مشاريع استثمارية تخلق من خلالها مناصب شغل وتحسن من مستويات تلك الاسر وتشجعهم على فتح مشاريع أو التوسع في مشاريعهم القائمة، ومن خلال هذا العمل نرى ما يقدمه صندوق الوقف الجزائري الى أسس الاقتصاد التضامني. The major economic issues and economic system, a trader in the states today, especially capital and because of their disadvantages and negative effects imposed by those systems benefit the rich and hurt the poor underprivileged rules, making some of the minorities and the support of the governments to adopt a solidarity economic approach works on the poor benefit from Aloverat and economic integration into the labor, economic growth and makes them an effective factor in the economy, as this approach focuses on the economic side also focus and the same percentage on the social side, we see that the funds Waqf to activate the poorer classes and their integration into the job and through the offerings of well-investment loans, as well as what it is funded from investment projects which create job opportunities and improve the levels of those families and encourage them to open projects or expansion of existing projects, and through this work see what offer the Algerian Endowment Fund to the foundations of the solidarity economy.
