الاحتراق النفسي وعلاقته بالصحة النفسية دراسة ميدانية لدى موظفي المركز الوسيط لعلاج المدمنين- بعين تموشنت
Résumé: This study aimed to reveal the level of burnout and mental health and to identify the relationship between burnout and mental health, also to know the differences in the level of burnout and mental health according to variables sex, standard of living, professional category. The study sample consisted of (61) employees (doctors - nurses - administrators), who were selected in a stratified random manner. To achieve the objectives of the study, we adopted the descriptive approach adapted to the subject of the study, and we used two questionnaires, namely the burnout scale (Maslash) modified by (Salim Benzahra, Tawfiq Boukheloua , 2021) and the mental health scale prepared by (Yahiaoui Safaa, 2012) after calculating their psychometric characteristics. After statistical processing of the data using the statistical program spss24, the results showed that there is a high level of burnout and a high level of mental health , and there is a statistically significant correlation between burnout and mental health, and there are no differences in terms of burnout and mental health according to the variables the living standard, professional category. These results were discussed in light of previous studies and theoretical literature.
