تصنيع الصابون من زيت الغار وزيت الخزامى

Résumé: إن حاجة الإنسان الماسة للنظافة و التنظيف أدت به إلى استخدام الصابون بكثرة و إيجاد أنواع كثيرة منه و طرق عديدة لتحضيره ، و هذا العمل الذي قمنا به كان يهدف إلى تثمين بعض الزيوت مثل : زيت الغار و زيت الخزامى عن طريق تحضير صابون الغار و صابون الخزامى ، في البداية كان لزاماً علينا أن نجد نسبة زيت الزيتون إلى زيت الغار و الخزامى و هذا بعد أن تأكدنا أن زيت الغار و زيت الخزامة لا يمكنهم التصبن بمفردهما ، تحصلنا على نسب 1 :1 للحصول على صابون بمردود جبد . ومن هذا المنطلق قمنا بدراسة الخواص الكيميائية و الفيزيائية للزيوت للمستعملة ( الكثافة ، قرينة الانكسار، قرينة الحمض ، قرينة التصبن ، قرينة اليود ، قرينة الأستر ) و كذلك نسب المواد المتحصل عليها في الصابون Summary: The need for urgent human toiletries and cleaning led him to use soap frequently and find many types of it and many ways for its preparation, and this work that we have done was aimed to value some oils such as : Oil and Oil Laurel lavender through preparation Laurel soap and soap lavender , in the beginning, we have to find the percentage of olive oil to Laurel oil and lavender and this after we were sure that the oil Laurel and oil lavender cannot saponification alone, percentages we achieved on rates 1 :1 for soap dividends touring . It is in this spirit that we studied chemical and physical properties oils are used ( density, refraction, acidity, saponification number, and the iodine deficiency disorders (IDD), presumption of esterification) and also attributed material obtained in soap.
