أثر المرونة الاستراتيجية على استراتيجية تنويع المؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة تطبيقية على عينة من اطارات مؤسسة البسكرية للإسمنت-بسكرة-

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة تصورات المبحوثين في مؤسسة البسكرية للإسمنت، حول مفهوم المرونة الإستراتيجية بأبعاده المختلفة وأثر ذلك على إستراتيجية التنويع بشكل عام، ولتحقيق ذلك صيغت فرضية رئيسية واحدة، تم اختبارها باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية وبالإستعانة ببرنامج SPSS17، واستخدمت الاستبانة كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات والمعلومات وزعت على عينة الدراسة البالغ حجمها (60) إطارا. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من بينها: أن مستوى المرونة الإستراتيجية واستراتيجية التنويع مرتفعا بمؤسسة البسكرية للإسمنت، وأن هناك أثر ذو دلالة احصائية للمرونة الإستراتيجية بأبعادها المختلفة على استراتيجية التنويع بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: المرونة الإستراتيجية، مرونة الموارد، مرونة القدرات، إستراتيجية التنويع. Abstract: This study aims to know the perceptions of the respondents in the Albeskria cement company about the concept of strategic flexibility in its different dimensions, and their impact on diversification strategy in general, To achieve this, one main hypothesis was formulated, tested using a set of statistical methods and using SPSS17 program. and we used a questionnaire as a main research tool to collect data and information from a sample survey of (60) officials frams . The study reached several results including The level of strategic flexibility and diversification strategy is high in Albeskria cement. There is a statistically significant impact of the strategic flexibility with its various dimensions on the diversification strategy of the company under study.
