دراسة أثر التأمين ضد أخطار الكوارث الطبيعية على اتجاهات المستهلك الجزائري

Résumé: أصبح قطاع الخدمات في السنوات الأخيرة يمثل قطاعًا مهماً وحيوي في النشاط الإقتصادي، ذلك أن التطور التكنولوجي حتم ضرورة الإهتمام بهذا القطاع بالنظر إلى مردوديته المعتبرة. ولأن الجزائر واحدة من بين الدول التي عرف قطاع خدماتها إنتعاشاً كبيراً لاسيما قطاع البنوك والتأمينات، فقد أصبح من الضروري جداً اليوم على المؤسسات العاملة في هذا الميدان أن تدقق مفاهيمها وتطور منتجاتها إنطلاقاً من الدراسة والإهتمام بسلوك الفرد المستهلك، والعمل على فهم توجهاته وخاصة ما تعلق منها بالإتجاهات، التي أضحت اليوم عاملاً أساسي في بناء الإستراتيجية التسويقية للمؤسسة، وذلك إعتماداً على إيجابية أو سلبية هذه الإتجاهات. فدراستنا لموضوع التأمين ضد أخطار الكوارث الطبيعية بدوره يطرح إشكالاً حول صيغة تبني إجبارية هذا التأمين من قبل المستهلك الجزائري نتيجة إتجاهاته ومعتقداته السلبية نحو هذا المنتج، مما إستوجب علينا قياس هذه الإتجاهات والعمل على تفسيرها للخروج بحلول ونتائج جد منطقية. In the last few years, the service sector has become more important and vital in the economic activity. This was due to the technological development, which stressed its importance in regard to its considerable benefits. Algeria is among the countries which service sector knew a remarkable revival especially banking and insurance. For this reason, it has become of a great importance for enterprises belonging to this sector to ameliorate and develop their services by studying the behavior of costumers and understanding their tendencies in order to establish a marketing strategy to their concerns. Our study of the insurance against natural disasters danger aims at understanding the Algerian’s reluctance to adopt this project mainly because of these tendencies, as well as his negative point of view about it. That is why we try to analyze these factors in order to find solutions to this problem
