الشبكات العصبية الاصطناعية ومحاكاة سلوك المورد البشري في بيئة العمل
Résumé: الشبكات العصبية الاصطناعية ( المحاكية)؛ من أهم تطبيقات مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي وأكثرها تعقيدا. عبارة عن نموذج افتراضي مصمم وفق نمذجة رياضية، يحاول محاكاة العمليات الحيوية للخلايا العصبية العضوية، ومنه محاولة تمثل سلوكيات البشر وفقا لخوارزميات تعلم؛ حيث تستهدف هذه الشبكات الاصطناعية النشاطات الإدراكية والمعرفية، المرتبطة بالوظائف الدماغية. وتسعى ورقتنا البحثية هذه لمحاولة الكشف عن كيفية مشابهة الشبكة العصبية لمصادر النشاط العقلي البشري كمورد فعال في البيئة الوظيفية، والتعرف على أهم ما يمكن لهذه التطبيقات فائقة الذكاء أن تضيفه للسلوك التنظيمي. Abstract : Artificial Nervous Systems (Simulation) ;are an important and difficult application in the field of artificial intelligence. It is a virtual model designed according to a mathematical standardization, which tries to simulate the vital operations of the organic nerve cells, being and a test that treats the behavior of humans in accordance with the Learning algorithms; because these artificial nervous systems aim to create cognitive and educational activities, related to the functions of the brain of the human being. Our research attempts to discover the commonality between the nervous system and its resemblance to the sources of human brain activity as an effective source in the functional environment, and to know the most important of these applications in the sense of added creativity to organizational behavior. Résumé : Les systèmes nerveux artificiels (simulation); constituent une importante et difficile application dans le domaine de l’intelligence artificielle. Il s’agit d’un modèle virtuel conçu conformément a une standardisation mathématique, qui essaie de simuler les opérations vitales des cellules nerveuses organiques de l’être humain, et de la un essai qui calque les comportements des humains conformément au logarithme de l’éducation ; car ces systèmes nerveux artificiels visent à crées des activités cognitives et éducatives reliées aux fonctions du cerveau de l’être humain. Notre recherche essaie de découvrir le point commun entre le système nerveux et sa ressemblance avec les sources de l’activité cérébrale humaine, en tant que source efficace dans l’environnement fonctionnel et connaitre la plus importante de ces applications dans le sens de la créativité ajoutée au comportement organisationnel .
